Police increase patrols after a shooting incident leaves 15-year-old injured
A teenager is recovering in hospital after being found with a gunshot wound in Newtown yesterday evening.
The 15-year-old was discovered on Newtown Row shortly after 10:30 pm on 23rd July and is believed to have been shot at the nearby park by Porchester Street.
His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening, and he is under medical care.
