A woman has appeared in court today charged with attempted murder, after a teenage boy's medication was reportedly contaminated.
Emma Jane Williams, 40, of Erdington, Birmingham, appeared at Birmingham Magistrates’ Court and has been remanded, ahead of her next appearance at Birmingham Crown Court on 10 February.
It comes after police were called to an address in the Lichfield area on Sunday (11 January).
