Appeal after motorcyclist killed in Sandwell
A 27-year-old man died when his motorbike hit the central reservation
Police are appealing for information after a man died following a collision in Tividale.
Officers were called to New Birmingham Road in Tividale on Friday afternoon (19 September) , after a motorbike hit the central reservation at the junction of Hilton Road.
The motorbike rider, a 27-year-old man, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
Detective Sergeant Julie Lyman from our Serious Collison Investigation Unit, said: “This is a tragic incident and our thoughts remain with loved ones affected.
“We have specialist investigators supporting them at this awful time.
“We know there were a lot of witnesses to the collision and urge anyone who hasn’t already, to come forward with any information or video footage about the incident.”
