People in Bracknell are being asked to keep their eyes peeled for a kestrel that has been missing since the weekend.

Six year old Noddy flew off during an exercise session at Great Hollands recreation ground on Saturday afternoon (21 March) and did not return to his handler.

Berkshire Birds of Prey say there have been a few sightings of the bird over the last few days but has refused to come down:

"Noddy is still missing, we have people out tracking him all day yesterday and again this morning from 4.30am - he really doesn’t want to come down - he is clearly finding food.

"Please keep an eye out around Great Hollands Rec, Bucklers Park and around by the Golden Retriever Pub. Any sightings please get in touch.

"We really appreciate everyone’s support over the last couple of days but let’s try and get our boy home."

Noddy will be recognisable by the short pieces of rope hanging from his legs.
