A man in his 20s was taken to hospital by air ambulance after a crash in Ashmansworth.

The incident happened on Wednesday (12th November) on the A343.

It involved a white Audi Q3 and an orange Lexmoto motorcycle.

A Hampshire police spokesperson said, "Police were called just before 6.30pm on Wednesday 12 November to a report of a collision on the A343 Red Hill in Ashmansworth.

"This involved a white Audi Q3 and an orange Lexmoto motorcycle.

"The rider of the motorbike, a man in his 20s, suffered serious but not life threatening injuries and was taken by air ambulance to hospital from the scene.

"We would like to speak to any witnesses and anyone with relevant dash cam footage.

"In particular, we are seeking to identify the driver of an unidentified red vehicle travelling on the A343 towards Newbury we believe may have witnessed this incident."
