Emergency services are responding to an incident in Newton Longville after a property was reportedly damaged in an explosion, fire and subsequent collapse.
Police said officers were called to Cobb Hall Road at around 9.44am this morning (9 August) following reports of the incident.
One person sustained injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment, where they remain.
Eyewitnesses reported that a dog is also being treated by emergency vets.
Officers from Thames Valley Police are continuing to support Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service and other emergency services at the scene.
Pictures and videos show significant debris and flames rising from the affected property.
Doorbell footage shows the moment the explosion ripped through the Buckinghamshire home.
Residents and motorists are being asked to avoid the immediate area where possible, allowing emergency crews the space they need to deal with the incident safely.
