Man jailed for three years for drug offences
A man has been jailed for drugs offences in Aylesbury.
36 year-old Wahid Hussain, of Oxford Road, Aylesbury, has been jailed for three years.
On 30 September 2025, officers from the Buckinghamshire Proactive Team based in Aylesbury stopped and arrested Wahid Hussain on Oxford Road, Aylesbury.
This arrest follows a proactive investigation into the supply of Class A and B drugs dating back from 2019.
Investigating officer, PC Alicia said: “Another drug dealer has been taken off our streets thanks to a thorough investigation by the Buckinghamshire Proactive Team.
“We know who the drugs dealers are in our area and we use covert and overt policing tactics to gather evidence in order to arrest and charge them.
“Our message to drug dealers is clear, it is only a matter of time before you are arrested.
“We thank our communities for the information they provide us around drug dealing. This case demonstrates that we will use this intelligence to bring offenders to justice.
