A man has been jailed for two and a half years for drug and driving offences in Aylesbury.

Daniel Oliveira aged 21, of Dorchester Grove, London pleaded guilty at High Wycombe Magistrates Court on 31 March.

Oliveira was sentenced to two years and 6 months’ imprisonment, given a twenty-seven-month driving disqualification, given an order for deprivation of vehicle rights and issued with a notice of deportation.

Investigation officer, PC Levi Fensom of the Aylesbury Proactive Team said: “Drug dealing has no place in Aylesbury or our communities, and we will continue to take robust action against those who seek to profit from it.

“This conviction reflects the dedication of our officers to removing harmful substances and criminality from our streets.

“We remain committed to protecting the public and ensuring Aylesbury is a safer place for everyone.”
