The incident was reported on Wednesday 8th April.

Detective Inspector Lisa Scott from Bedfordshire Police highlighted the distress such incidents can cause, noting a seasonal increase in indecent exposure cases.

“There has been a spike in incidents since the start of the year, with 20 cases recorded," she said.

Scott urged victims to report such incidents promptly, as it aids in identifying patterns and repeat offenders.
