Image released after runner bitten by dog in Potters Bar

Police are releasing an image of someone they want to identify, after reports of a dog being dangerously out of control in Potters Bar.

At around 6.50am on Thursday 7 May, a man aged in his 40s was out running in a field near Bridgefoot Lane, when a dog ran up and bit him on the leg.

Officers are releasing the image, because the person pictured is understood to have been in the area at the time and may have information to assist the investigation.
