Detectives investigating reports a woman was threatened with a knife in Watford

An investigation's underway after an attempted robbery in Watford - where a 19-year-old woman was threatened with a knife.
It happened on the 12th November on a footpath near to Sutton Car Park on Estcourt Road at around 5.45pm.
She sustained a slight scratch to her neck before the man ran off.
The suspect was described as a white man aged approximately 50-60 years old. He was said to be wearing a grey hoodie, black joggers and old brown boots, and had a long grey beard.
