Two neighbours in Chesham have each scooped over £415,000 after their postcode was chosen in the People’s Postcode Lottery Millionaire Street prize.

The lucky postcode, HP5 2JL, was announced as the winner on Saturday 24th January 2026.

While the two big winners, who opted to remain anonymous, received £415,606 each, the remainder of the £1 million prize pot was shared among 620 other players in postcode sector HP5 2. Winners in this sector picked up between £235 and £705, depending on the number of tickets they play with.

Postcode Lottery ambassador Matt Johnson shared his congratulations, saying: “My warmest congratulations to the two neighbours who’ve each landed over £415,000. I’m thrilled for them.

“I’m sure they’re going to have a brilliant 2026. What a way to kickstart their year!”

Alongside the Chesham neighbours’ luck, several local charities are set to benefit from funding made possible by this prize draw.
