World Book Day is set to be celebrated in schools across South Yorkshire & North Derbyshire today.
The tradition is typically celebrated every year in an attempt to get more young people reading.
Rachel lives in Sheffield & is a mum-of-2.
She says her eldest daughter - 5-year-old Emmie - is excited to dress up at Gleadless Primary School today:
"She's got a lovely Harry Potter costume.
"She's got a wand, glasses to go with it, and a cape too.
"Emmie has already tried it all on and has been prancing around the house in it, so she's really looking forward to getting dressed up as Harry Potter.
"There's definitely been an extra feeling of excitement in our house; Emmie has been asking me every night how many sleeps are left until she can dress up for World Book Day."
World Book Day has been celebrated annually in the UK since 1998.
