Woodhead Pass affected by huge fire near to Glossop

Work to put out a huge moorland fire near Glossop has gone into a second day.

It broke out on Tintwistle Moor at around 2am yesterday.

In an update last night - Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service said the blaze is now around the size of 35 football pitches.

The Woodhead pass is also shut in parts due to it.
