Hospitality businesses across South Yorkshire & North Derbyshire tell us they're in need of 'a lot more help' from the government to keep them 'ticking over'.

It's ahead of the Chancellor's Spring Statement tomorrow.

Keith Todd runs No10 Café & Restaurant in Chesterfield:

"I'm just hoping that we can survive with all these extra costs we're facing.

"If the Labour party wants to stay in power, then they've got to get out there and help people to prosper.

"Give businesses an incentive to survive.

"We've had a lot of issues with business rates and VAT on hospitality.

"In Europe, it's 10-12%, whereas in England it's 20%.

"Labour haven't really helped small businesses like us.

"Grants could help out a lot.

"All the money I have just goes straight back into the business, and I just keep plodding on."

The Labour Government has promised to support the hospitality sector with a £4.3 billion package - which is supposed to be spread out over the next 3 years.
