Class A, B and C drugs seized as part of month long operation in South Yorkshire

Six arrests have been made after police carried out 20 raids across South Yorkshire targeting the sale of drugs, as well as immigration crime.

Officers uncovered a cannabis factory on Cresswell Road in Sheffield, as well as a drugs farm on Stanhope Road in Doncaster.
A 32 year old has already been jailed over the Doncaster raid.
In Barnsley officers seized 1,000 boxes of Class C drugs and counterfeit goods worth £50,000 from a property on Raley Street.
A 65-year-old was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply drugs.
In Rotherham a 19 year old man was charged with drugs offences after cash and Class A drugs were seized.
Detective Chief Inspector Simon Cartwright of South Yorkshire Police said:
"We know organised crime groups (OCG) profit from drug cultivations and are responsible for facilitating illegal migration into the UK. "
"It is vital we carry out disruption activity to limit criminals' abilities to exploit vulnerable people and pump harmful substances onto our streets.
"This operation has seen results in all districts of South Yorkshire and was supported greatly by you - our local communities.
