Derbyshire fire crews tackling wildfire near to Ladybower Reservoir
Flames are impacting 15,000sqm of moorland
Derbyshire Fire & Rescue say they're currently dealing with a wildfire off the Snake Pass, close to the Ladybower Reservoir.
South Yorkshire fire crews were initially called to the scene at 8:58am this morning, with the incident subsequently being handed over.
Fire officers from Dronfield, Bradwell, New Mills, Buxton, Hathersage and Glossop have been involved in tackling the flames, which cover an area of 15,000sqm.
People are being urged to avoid the area, with the fire service saying they expect to remain on scene into the evening.
