Two teenagers have been treated in hospital, one for serious injuries, after being hit by a tram in Sheffield.

Police were called to the Woodburn Road junction with Staniforth Road at 4:16pm on Sunday (June 22) after the collision involving a 17 year old boy and 15 year old girl.

The 15 year old remains in hospital in a stable condition.

Police are now appealing for anyone with dashcam or CCTV footage taken in the area at the time to contact them on 101.
