Police are appealing for help to locate two men in connection with a drive-by shooting in Sheffield on Christmas Day.
Samin Khan, 23, and Raheel Mahmood, 22, are being sought after the attempted murder of a 20-year-old man, who was shot in the chest on Wilfred Drive in Darnall at approximately 11.27pm on 25th December.
The victim remains in hospital in a critical, life-threatening condition.
Detectives believe both men are aware they are wanted and are actively evading law enforcement.
Khan is described as an Asian man with black hair, while Mahmood, who is known to use the alias 'Billy,' is similarly described as an Asian man with black hair. Both are thought to have links to the Darnall area.
Detective Chief Inspector Simon Cartwright, of South Yorkshire Police said:
“We have had teams working round the clock since Christmas Day to piece together this incident and the public’s support has been immensely valuable in helping us to do this.
“Thank you for the information and intelligence you have provided us with."
Anyone who sees either of the pair is being urged to call 999 immediately.
