CCTV appeal after knife threat and arson incident in Rotherham
Police have released images of two men as part of investigation
Police have released CCTV images of two men they're looking for after reports of a knife threat and an arson attack in Rotherham earlier this month.
The incident occurred around 8.15pm on Saturday (January 3) at a property on Clifton Avenue, where an argument took place between three men.
Two of the men reportedly threatened the third man with a knife.
Shortly afterward, the stairs of the property were set alight, forcing two people to escape via an upstairs window.
Both individuals were taken to hospital, with one treated for serious burn injuries and the other for a minor injury.
The first man is described as white, standing around 5ft 6/7ins tall, of slim build with a beard and dark brown or black hair. He was wearing dark trousers and a black puffer jacket with a hood.
The second man is described as white, also around 5ft 6/7ins tall, of slim build with light brown hair. He was wearing an orange t-shirt, a black gilet, shorts, and a knee bandage.
