Rotherham United have looked to Scotland once again to boost their squad after dropping into League Two, with the signing of Glasgow-born Kieran Ngwenya.

The 23 year old defender was most recently at Dunfermline Athletic, like Rotherham's other recent signing Ewan Otoo.

He is a graduate of the Aberdeen academy system and has experience in the SPL, as well as the Scottish League One and League Two.

He also has international experiences, having played for both Malawi and Trinidad and Tobago.

Ngwenya has penned a two year deal at the New York.
