It's hoped a new youth club - set up in memory of South Yorkshire teenager Harvey Willgoose - will 'bring young people together'.

The 15-year-old was stabbed to death at All Saints Catholic High School in Sheffield back in February.

Now, his parents are creating 'Harvey's Hub' at Beighton Miners Welfare Club - which will run every Tuesday from 5-7pm.

We've been speaking in a Radio Exclusive with Harvey's mum Caroline - who believes it'll help to reduce knife crime:

"Get these young people in a more sociable environment.

"Let's get them off their phones and get them out meeting other young people.

"This can be somewhere they can go look forward to going every week.

"We're using the next four weeks to do some research on what kids want to do at Harvey's hub.

"We've got a games van coming; we've got football coaches coming; we've got dart boards being set up; we've got boxing coaches coming.

"There's a big space here, and we want to fill it with things that kids want to do on a Tuesday night."

Harvey's dad Mark tells us they're doing it so no other parents have to go through what they're experiencing:

"Harvey was my best pal.

"He was my son, but he was a special lad.

"I miss him loads."

A 15-year-old boy - charged with murdering Harvey - is set to go on trial at Sheffield Crown Court next month.
