Dashcam appeal after cyclist killed in Peak District crash
Police were called to the A623 in Litton early this morning
A cyclist has died after a crash involving a car in the Peak District early this morning.
The collision happened on the A623 near the junction with Mires Lane just before 7.40am.
A Honda Civic hit the cyclist, a man in his 50s, who was subsequently pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver, who suffered minor injuries, has been helping police.
Anyone who saw what happened, or who has dashcam footage taken in the area at the time, is being urged to contact police.
