Barnsley FC signs Australian winger Clayton Taylor on three-year deal
The former Newcastle Jets star joins Reds, with an option to extend his contract

Barnsley FC has announced the signing of Australian winger Clayton Taylor on a three year deal.
Taylor, 22, arrives from A-League side Newcastle Jets.
During the 2025/26 season, he scored nine goals and provided two assists, including his first professional hat-trick in a 3-2 victory over Adelaide United.
His rapid development earned him a call-up to Australia's Under-23 side.
Originally from Sydney, Taylor advanced through Sydney FC's academy before joining Newcastle.
Speaking on the move to South Yorkshire, Taylor said: "Barnsley's philosophy really appealed to me."
"The club has a young, ambitious squad, and I felt this was the right time in my career to take the next step, challenge myself in a new environment and test myself at a higher level. Barnsley was the right choice for me, and I'm excited to get started."
