Four injured, one seriously, in Barnsley crash

Four people have been injured, one seriously, after a crash in the early hours of yesterday in Barnsley.

Police were called to Bank End Road in Worsbrough at 4:45am to a two vehicle collision involving a black Citroen C3 and a red Audi A3.

The Citroen driver, a 32 year old man, was taken to hospital in a life threatening condition.

A 17-year-old boy, 31-year-old man, and 27-year-old woman received minor injuries.

Witnesses are being urged to contact South Yorkshire Police on 101.
