VIDEO: "I Fear My Son Will Die..Because We Will Run Out Of Funding By December"
A South Wales mother is begging the Welsh and UK Governments to help her secure medicinal cannabis on the NHS for Bailey... on the 2nd anniversary of the drug being legalised for prescription.
The 18 year old has a severe form of epilepsy, before Bailey started taking cannabis oil with THC he used to have hundreds of seizures a day. His mum Rachel has shared a timeline of pictures with us to show the difference it has made to his quality of life.

When medicinal cannabis was legalised for prescription the family thought they would be able to secure the drug for their son. But two years on they are still fighting. They have got a private prescription and pay around £2,000 a month.
But that cost is not sustainable - with only one parent working, the family have relied on the kindness of strangers doing thinks like charity bike rides, fun runs and cake bakes. Sadly coronavirus has prevented any activity this year and as a result funding will run out in December.
So why does Bailey's family have to cover the cost when medicinal cannabis has been legalised for prescription on the NHS? Rachel told us: "Since the change in law only three NHS prescriptions have been issued. We've been lobbying for our son to get one too, but neurologists are reluctant to do so because of a variety of barriers.
"Our money to cover the cost of Bailey's medicine will run out in weeks so we are pleading for the UK and Welsh Government to help save our son's life."
