A house in Peterborough has been issued a closure order after concerns over drug dealing and criminal activities.

The closure order for the house at 22 Wayside Crescent, Hampton Vale, was issued on 30th January 2026.

That's following action by the local Neighbourhood Policing Team.

“The behaviour of the tenant and those frequenting the address has had a significant impact on the nearby residents", PC Stephanie Williams, said.

For the next three months, nobody can enter the property, including the tenant, except emergency services, Peterborough City Council, and Accent Nene Housing.

Breaking the order is a criminal offence and can lead to prison time, a fine, or both.

Anyone who notices any breaches can make a report online at www.cambs.police.uk/report, or by calling 101.
