Teenager in hospital after Peterborough stabbing

A boy has been taken to hospital after a stabbing in Peterborough.
Police were called just after 5.20pm tonight (Thursday) near to Queensgate bus station after reports of violence.
"A teenage boy has been taken to Peterborough City Hospital with stab wounds; his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening," a Cambridgeshire Police spokesperson said.
"No arrests have been made at this time, and an investigation is ongoing."
"The bus station and the nearby underpass have both been closed to allow officers to secure evidence."
An increased police presence will be in the area.
