A Stamford gym owner is calling on the Government to change course over its decision to close his business as part of the second national lockdown.

Under rules due to come in place on Thursday, gyms would be among many businesses including pubs and beauty salons being forced to close.

But Nick Swan, who owns Rhino's Gymnasium in Stamford says they are safe environments to be in and have other benefits too.

He's now lobbying the Stamford MP Gareth Davies to raise the issue before Parliament debates the new rules on Wednesday.
