Detectives investigating the disappearance of Julie Buckley are urging the public for dashcam footage, as they continue to treat her case as a murder investigation.

Julie, 54, was last seen on 28 January at Budgens in March. CCTV footage confirmed her presence at the store, and she has not been seen since.

Police are now focusing on the evening of 30 January, when reports of suspicious activity near Bedlam Bridge, Sixteen Foot Bank, March, were received.

Officers are appealing to drivers who may have been in the area between 8pm and 9pm on that evening to come forward with any dashcam footage that could help the investigation.

Detective Inspector Verity McCann from the Major Crime Unit said, "We are really keen to hear from anyone, particularly drivers with dashcams, who may have driven along that stretch of road or in that general area during those times. We’re keen to speak with them and get hold of any footage they have, which might assist us with our search. This is a fast-paced investigation, and we are doing all we can to find out what has happened to Julie."

On 17 February, a 49-year-old man and a 42-year-old woman from Christchurch were arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender, but they have since been released on bail. A 45-year-old man from March was arrested on 18 February on suspicion of assisting an offender and remains in custody.

Karl Hutchings, 47, from The Hill in Christchurch is due to appear at Huntingdon Law Courts on 19 February, charged with murder.

Anyone with information is urged to contact police immediately by calling 101 and quoting Operation Dragonfish, or by asking to speak with DI McCann.
