Peterborough United say winning today's game could give them some belief.

The Posh are hoping for their first win of the season when they play away against Exeter this afternoon.

In football things can change very quickly

Last weekend they drew one all at home against Bradford City.

It's after Cian Hayes scored a last minute equaliser in the 91st minute.

However, in their first four games they've been beaten.

A win gives you the confidence and belief moving forward

Peterborough United Manager, Darren Ferguson, said:

"They are always a very tough team to play against in terms of how they play."

"The way they play can be hard to play against if you're not correct tactically, so we need to get that bit right."

"In football things can change very quickly."

"I've got to maintain the belief and confidence in the camp, and we will just keep working with the player."

"I think what we signed in the window has been strong, and once we get everyone fit and up to speed, we will be very competitive. I have no doubt about that."

"A win gives you the confidence and belief moving forward, and we need that, no doubt about it."

Kick off will be at 3pm this afternoon.

The game will be hosted at St James Park.
