A county lines drug dealer from Peterborough has been jailed for being involved in supplying cocaine.

Tremayne Clarke, 29, was linked to a phone offering to sell cocaine as part of the “TJ” drug line and arrested on 28 May.

Analytical work showed that he was controlling the drugs line between 1 December 2024 and 31 March last year.

On 4 April an Audi A6 failed to stop for officers in Peterborough and was later found abandoned in Field Walk. A broken burner style mobile phone that was found in the vehicle was linked to the drug line.

Clarke admitted being concerned in the supply of cocaine.

On Thursday, 30 October, at Cambridge Crown Court he was jailed for six years.

DC Yeli Zaicevs said: “Clarke initially denied being concerned in supplying cocaine but changed his plea in the face of the overwhelming evidence.

“Cocaine can trap people in addiction and ruin lives, as well as being associated with other crimes such as violence and anti-social behaviour.

“We will continue to do all we can to identify those involved in supplying these substances and bring them before the courts.”
