Three arrested after nine cannabis farms found in Huntingdonshire

Officers conducted warrants, finding cannabis and suspected stolen goods

Three men have been arrested after officers found nine cannabis farms and suspected stolen goods in Ramsey Heights, Huntingdonshire.

Officers conducted warrants after concerns were raised about drug production and metal thefts in the area.

On Monday (9th February), officers found:

  • A suspected stolen Audi and BMW
  • A JCB believed to have been used in criminal activity
  • Stolen firearm and ammunition
  • A large quantity of suspected stolen tools and plant machinery
  • Car key cloning device
  • A stolen skip
  • Cable cutting equipment
  • Copper cabling and stripped outer casing
  • Multiple stolen number plates
  • Two suspected stolen metal stags
  • Nine cannabis factories
A firearm found

The cannabis found had an estimated street value of £600,000.

3 men from Ramsey have been arrested.

A 73-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods, concealing criminal property, possession with intent to supply drugs and possession of firearms

A 54-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of burglary and possession of an offensive weapon.

A 26-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of production of cannabis and possession with intent to supply drugs.
