Man suffers life-threatening injuries in crash near Bourne
Lincolnshire Police are appealing for information
A man is fighting for his life in hospital after a serious crash near Bourne.
The accident happened on the A151 Spalding Road at 7.21pm yesterday (Wednesday 2nd September 2026), involving a grey Ford Fiesta that veered off the road into a dyke.
Investigators believe the Ford might have collided with a silver Land Rover Freelander, which left the scene.
The Land Rover was later discovered abandoned on Station Road.
Despite the severity of the crash, no arrests have been made yet.
Authorities are calling for anyone who has information or footage from the area to get in touch.
