Full list of candidates for Fletton and Woodston by-election

Peterborough City Council has released a full list of candidates intending to stand in next month’s (February 2026) Fletton & Woodston by-election.

The candidates are (in alphabetical order by surname):

Ed Murphy – Green Party

Andrew O’Neil – Reform UK

Neil Christopher Walton – Liberal Democrats

Andrew Stephen Willey – Conservative

Harvey Woodhouse – Labour

The by-election – which will be held on Thursday, February 12th – has been called to fill the vacant post created by the passing of Councillor Nick Thulbourn, who died on Saturday 13th December 2026.
