Spalding man charged with rape and sexual offences
Christopher Morris has been remanded in custody
A 40-year-old man has been charged following reports of rape in Spalding.
Christopher Morris, of Parkside Crescent, has been charged with rape, sexual assault by penetration and sexual assault by touching.
The charges relate to an incident alleged to have happened at an address in Spalding on 29 July 2026.
Morris appeared at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 5 August.
He's been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Lincoln Crown Court on 2 September for a plea hearing.
