Cannabis plants with estimated street value of £400,000 seized in Ramsey

Police have uncovered cannabis factories in Ramsey, with plants found in caravans, containers, stables and sheds.

Officers from the Huntingdonshire Neighbourhood Team, supported by the Rural Crime Action Team, discovered the cannabis factories in Middle Drove on Thursday (7th August) and seized 401 plants, with a street value of more than £400,000, along with growing equipment.

No arrests have been made and police say an investigation is ongoing.

Cambridgeshire Police said:

"Anyone with information about a potential cannabis factory or drug dealing should contact police online or call 101".
