Two men charged with murder of Vijay Kumar in Worcester
Charges follow death in November last year
Two men have been formally charged with murder in connection with the death of Vijay Kumar, which occurred in Worcester on 25th November last year.
Vanch Vansh, 23, residing on Heather Road in Smethwick, and Harsh Kapahi, 27, living on Gregorys Mill Street in Worcester, are facing the serious allegation and have been remanded in custody.
The pair are due to appear before Kidderminster Magistrates Court on Saturday, 10th October, where proceedings will begin regarding the murder charges.
West Mercia Police have been investigating since the unfortunate incident took place, leading to these charges being issued against Vansh and Kapahi.
The case has shocked the local community, which has been awaiting updates on the investigation into Vijay Kumar's death.
Both defendants are currently held in custody ahead of their court appearance, and further legal proceedings will be conducted according to judicial procedures.
