Order issued for anti-social motorcycle-related behaviour
Last updated 8th Oct 2026
A 15-year-old boy from Worcester, Jayden Harper, has been issued a two-year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) due to incidents of anti-social behaviour in the city.
The order was handed down at Worcester Magistrates Court and restricts Harper from wearing a face covering that conceals his face in public places and from being a pillion passenger on a motorbike or riding a motorbike with a pillion passenger until 7th October 2028.
If Harper breaches these prohibitions, he may face detention or fines.
Dave Wise, Safer Neighbourhood Inspector for Worcester, noted the substantial impact that motorcycle and e-bike related crime and anti-social behaviour has on residents' quality of life.
Wise stated, “This CBO reflects both the motorcycle-related nature of his behaviour and the seriousness of the incidents.”
Residents are encouraged to report breaches of Harper's order through police channels or anonymously via Crimestoppers.
The order aims to provide clear restrictions to assist police and partner agencies in better protecting communities.
