It follows emergency services being called on Tuesday just after quarter-past-ten to Severn Street in Diglis, following reports a person has been seen entering the water.
Last week, West Mercia Police released a statement, it said: "Sadly, a body has been found during searches of the river in Worcester this afternoon (Thursday 27 February).
"The body has been identified as that of the 24-year-old woman who was reported missing from her home in Diglis on Tuesday (25 February).
"Her death is not being treated as suspicious.

Flowers and messaged have now been left on the railings in memory of Harriet, with notes remembering her walks down the pathway with her dog.
