Three men have been arrested after officers from Hereford’s Proactive CID team discovered Class A drugs during a warrant executed this morning (Tuesday 9 September) at an address in the city centre.

When officers entered the property they found a quantity of cocaine concealed in a bag beneath where the men had been sleeping.

A man in his 20’s was arrested at the scene on suspicion of drug offences. Two other men, both aged in their 20’s were also taken into custody.

A further search of the property uncovered a quantity of cash, suspected ketamine, cannabis and several mobile phones.

Detective Sergeant Jim Moore of Hereford Proactive CID said:

“These arrests reflect our continued efforts to tackle and disrupt the activities of drug dealers who bring nothing but harm to our communities.

“Those involved in drug supply often rely on threats, intimidation, and violence to maintain their illicit trade.

“We remain committed to pursuing anyone involved in drug supply and bringing them to justice for the damage they cause.

“The public plays a vital role in helping us identify and target criminal activity. The easiest way to report concerns is via our website.”
