A rural Herefordshire school is closed today - after what's described as a "significant number" of pupils and staff having been struck down with a sickness bug.

A deep clean of the premises at Michaelchurch Escley Primary School will be carried out over the weekend.

The doors should be open as normal on Monday say education bosses.
