The Northern Lights have been seen across Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

The colourful display of red, pink and green hues could be seen in some areas last night (Monday 19 January 2026).

Aurora displays happen when charged particles collide with gases in the Earth's atmosphere.

The spectacle was shared widely on social media overnight.
