A man's been arrested on suspicion of drink driving

A man and woman have suffered serious injured after their car collided with a tree in Worcestershire.

A BMW X5 was involved in a crash on Bittell Farm Road, at around 12.20am on Saturday 3rd May.

The car was travelling towards Hopwood when the incident happened.

Those injured were taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham.

A 24 year old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and drink driving.

He's since been released on bail.

There's now an appeal for witnesses to contact West Mercia Police with any information about the crash.
