The charges span from January to October 2023 for publishing written material to stir up racial hatred, and from July 2023 to May 2024 in relation to distributing a terrorist publication.
Munden made his initial appearance at Westminster Magistrates' Court today (January 29), where Chief Magistrate Paul Goldspring described the charges as relating to "essentially neo-Nazi literature."
