A man has died near to the River Wye in Hereford.

Officers were called to the scene shortly before 10.45pm on Thursday (9 April).

Following their arrival, the man was confirmed dead.

Police said his death is not being treated as suspicious, and there is no evidence of third-party involvement.

Investigations continue as police work to understand the circumstances surrounding the incident.
