Man in critical condition following Leominster assault
A 33 year old woman has been arrested

A man's in a critical condition in hospital following an incident at a Leominster pub.
Emergency services were called to the Dukes Head Wetherspoons in Corn Square at around 11.00pm last night (Tuesday 8th April).
A man in his 60s was seriously injured.
West Midlands Ambulance have told us:
"Two ambulances responded to the incident and administered advanced life support to a man in a critical condition.
"He was conveyed by ambulance using blue lights and sirens to hospital for further emergency care."
West Mercia Police arrested a 33 year old woman has been arrested on suspicion of GBH in connection with what happened.
She's since been released on bail pending further enquiries.
Detective Sergeant Shelley Aplin said: “We are keen to establish what has occurred and how the injuries were sustained. We would encourage anyone who was in the Duke’s Head yesterday and who can support with our enquiries to come forward.
"Our thoughts are with the man who was injured, and his loved ones. The public can expect to see an increased police presence in Corn Square today whilst we carry out our enquiries."

Further incident on Corn Square
A second incident has happened in Corn Square this afternoon (Wednesday 9th April), which isn't connected to the assault.
West Midlands Ambulance tell us they were called to a medical incident at around 1.20pm.
A man was taken to hospital by ambulance.
