Those across Herefordshire and Worcestershire who are sitting their GCSE and A-Level exams are being told to reach out for support if they need it.

Pupils across both counties are taking part in the usual exams process at the moment.

Jennie Ellis is the careers and employment lead at Careers Worcestershire, she says it's vital students don't bottle up their worries.

“There's lots of pressure on young people at the moment, across the county,” she said.

"The exam season also brings up a lot of different feelings, so stress, motivation, fear and also excitement, so it can be an exciting time for young people thinking about where they are going to head to after their exams.

“Keeping exams in perspective is really important, so if your exams don’t go to plan, it isn’t the end of the story, there’s always a different route.”
