A forty eight year old man from Hereford has been jailed for more than three years for possessing and distributing extreme right wing music.

Norbert Gyurcsik admitted buying and selling albums with lyrics breaching terrorism laws and inciting racial hatred.

Over two thousand records were found at his Kestrel Road home, which he was distributing across the UK and Europe.

Norbert Gyurcsik pleaded guilty at Worcester Crown Court on 3 October to one count of distributing recordings and two counts of possessing recordings.

He was sentenced yesterday to forty months for each offence to run concurrently.
