The family of a Worcestershire man who died earlier this week in Stourport have paid tribute to him.

Police were called to an address in Oak Apple Close around 9.50am on Monday morning (29 September).

Officers said 31 year old Joe Millard was found unresponsive and pronounced dead at the scene.

Joe's mum said in a statement on behalf of the family: "Our family is broken at the loss of our beautiful Joe. He was a loving son, brother, grandson, cousin and nephew, and was at the heart of our family. He was always there for you when you needed him.

“Joe lived life to the full and always had a smile on his face. He had a beautiful soul and was loved by many - his loss will be felt by everyone that knew him."

A 36-year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with the incident has been bailed while enquiries continue.
